Return Policy

Please try on your costume when it arrives. If there is a problem with the costume (such as: wrong size) Halloween Unlimited will exchange it for you.

You must contact Halloween Unlimited for a return authorization within 24 hours of receipt. The item, all of its accessories, and original packaging must be returned as you received it.

Our shipping address is available on our “Contact” page. Please note; we cannot credit shipping cost.

Refunds generally take no longer than a week upon reception of the product by Halloween Unlimited.

Unfortunately, wigs and hats are not exchangeable or refundable.
